To prepare the cinnamon dalgona coffee, take a medium mixing bowl and add instant coffee powder, brown sugar, and hot water.
Using a hand mixer with the whisk attachment, beat the coffee mixture for 3 to 4 minutes until it forms a whipped cream with stiff peak consistency.
Once the coffee has reached a stiff and creamy consistency, stop whisking and set it aside.
You can enjoy this coffee either hot or cold, depending on your preference.
If you prefer it hot, warm some milk in a saucepan until it comes to a brisk boil.
