To prepare white pumpkin mor kuzhambu, start by cooking the ash gourd. place the ash gourd in a pressure cooker with a little water and cook for 2 whistles. release the pressure immediately by running the cooker under cold water. set aside.
In a bowl, whisk curd with water until smooth, ensuring there are no lumps.
Grind grated coconut, green chillies, and black pepper powder into a smooth paste using a mixer grinder, adding a little water.
Add the kuzhambu paste to the curd and mix well.
Add turmeric powder, cooked ash gourd, and salt to the mixture. mix everything well.
