Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add melted vegan butter and warm plant-based milk.
Mix the ingredients until a sticky dough forms. the dough should be slightly sticky but not watery. adjust the amount of milk or flour if needed.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes and set it aside in a warm place. cover the bowl with cling wrap or a lid and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and knead it again until smooth. grease your hands or use gloves to avoid stickiness.
