To prepare the kothimbir oats vadi, start by mixing the besan flour, oats flour, finely chopped coriander leaves, salt, and red chilli powder in a bowl.
Gradually add water to the mixture and knead it into a soft dough consistency. let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
Take the dough and roll it into a long sausage-shaped log.
Heat a dhokla steamer, grease the dhokla pan with oil, and place the sausage-shaped dough in it. steam the dough for about 20 minutes.
Once the vadi is steamed, remove it from the steamer and allow it to cool.
