To create the palm fruit delight recipe, start by finely chopping half of the palm fruits (nungu) into small pieces. place these chopped pieces in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Begin by soaking the cashews and almonds in warm water for approximately an hour. after soaking, grind them into a smooth paste using a mixer grinder. set this paste aside.
In a saucepan, pour the milk and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
Once the milk reaches a boil, add the cashew and almond paste, ensuring thorough mixing.
Continue to boil the milk for about 5 minutes, then add the sweetened condensed milk. reduce the heat to low and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
