To make the chia seed lemonade, soak chia seeds in 2 cups of water and mix well. let it sit for 30 minutes until the seeds form a gel-like consistency.
After 30 minutes, add sugar, lemon juice, 3 cups of water, black salt, black pepper powder, and a pinch of cumin powder. mix until the sugar dissolves completely.
Once the sugar is dissolved, add ice cubes, soaked chia seeds, and a few fresh mint leaves to the lemonade.
Stir everything properly to combine the flavors.
Taste the lemonade and adjust the sweetness and tanginess according to your preference. you can also use honey instead of sugar for a healthier option.
