To prepare the spiced tulsi infusion, gather all the required ingredients and keep them within reach.
In a saucepan, pour the water and bring it to a gentle boil. tear the tulsi leaves and add them to the boiling water.
Once the water starts to change color, incorporate the cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, and jaggery. allow the mixture to simmer for a few more minutes and then turn off the heat.
Serve the spiced tulsi infusion while it's hot and enjoy it 2 to 3 times a day to alleviate symptoms of cough and cold.
