In a saucepan, pour the water and bring it to a gentle boil. tear the tulsi leaves and add them to the boiling water.

Once the water starts to change color, incorporate the cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, and jaggery. allow the mixture to simmer for a few more minutes and then turn off the heat.
