To begin making the spiced palm jaggery coffee, prepare the spice powder by grinding coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper, and fennel seeds into a fine powder using a blender. store this spice powder in an airtight container for future use.
In a saucepan, take a cup of water and add a teaspoon of the prepared spice powder along with the palm jaggery.
Mix the ingredients well and bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
Strain the spiced palm jaggery coffee into a mug and serve it warm.
