How To Cook?

1

To begin making the chocolate cinnamon honey buns, combine milk, flour, 3 tablespoons of butter, yeast, sugar, and salt in a standalone mixer. mix for five minutes until all the ingredients are well combined, resulting in a soft and sticky dough.

2

Drizzle a little oil on top of the dough and knead it with your fingers for a few seconds until it becomes soft to touch.

3

Cover the bowl and allow the dough to proof for at least an hour, or until it doubles in size.

4

Once the dough has doubled in size, cut it in half and roll each portion into a long strip of two-inch thickness. then, cut one-inch pieces out of each strip, yielding approximately 28 pieces.

5

Take a piece and flatten it out into a circular shape. place some chocolate chips in the center, wrap the dough around the filling, and pinch the dough in the center, shaping it into a ball. repeat this process with the remaining dough pieces.
