In a saucepan, heat the butter, brown sugar, and honey until the butter melts and the mixture starts to boil.
In a separate bowl, combine the oats, raisins, walnuts, and cardamom.
Pour the melted butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well coated.
Take a sheet of aluminum foil and pour the mixture onto it. shape the mixture into a rectangular bar, tightly wrapping it with the foil. place it in the refrigerator to chill and set.
Once the granola bar is set, remove it from the refrigerator and unwrap the foil.
