Pour milk into a pan and heat it over medium heat. add lime juice to the milk and stir continuously until the milk curdles.

Place a strainer lined with a muslin cloth over a bowl. pour the curdled milk into the strainer, allowing the whey to drain. discard the whey and let the cheese in the cloth-strainer sit for a while until most of the liquid has drained out.

Transfer the drained cheese to a bowl and knead it for about 15 minutes until it becomes smooth and pliable.

Add corn flour to the cheese and knead for an additional 6-7 minutes. shape the cheese into small balls and flatten them slightly.

In a blender, grind the betel leaves, dried rose petals, and fennel seeds to form a smooth paste.
